A few years ago, a pair of German journalists, enchanted by the landscape's beauty, decided to settle permanently in the mill, a sample of rural architecture of the first quarter of the 19th century, which they had bought it in the form of ruins. The current form has been formed by present owners.

Traces of the old mill are discerned, built-in, at the wall of, the later formed, baths (millstones), on the floor with the squared plates and the semicircular arches.

The respect on tradition in combination with the functionality of the spaces required by the nowadays time, give us a harmonious whole.

The specificity of the site gives you the feeling of isolation, on the back side, and of the direct contact with the road from the front side.

The traditional houses Milopetra, Milopetra 1: for 1 - 6 persons and Milopetra 2: for 1 - 4 persons, have all the amenities for relaxing moments. It must be noted that cleaning is provided two (2) times a week.
